Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):
Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment verification.
Delivery Time: Expect your TabCouchCaddy to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
We currently offer free shipping within the US, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days. We also ship to Canada and Mexico.
International Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for Canada and Mexico are based on standard USPS international shipping rates and will be displayed during checkout.
Import Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Remove the coasters at the bottom of each cupholder pillow and reading pillow holes.

Remove the cover from the foam pillow.

Wash the cover on cold and lay flat to dry.

Once dry, replace the cover and coasters. Coasters can be gently washed with water and laid flat to dry.
Note: Do NOT wash the entire pillow including the foam, only the cover.

We release a new and fun color option at least once a year. However, our basic best-selling classic colors like Gray and Black will always be available.
Return Eligibility:
Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition with all components, packaging, and accessories included.
Return Process:
Contact our Customer Support team at customercare@tabcouchcaddy.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Shipping Costs:
Any shipping fees paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
Return shipping labels are provided as a courtesy with discounted return shipping costs. The actual cost of the label will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
